Our Program

The Confronting Anti-Black Racism Initiative addresses systemic racism affecting Black communities by promoting education, awareness, and meaningful action. The initiative focuses on challenging the policies, practices, and barriers that contribute to inequities while centring the lived experiences of Black individuals and families.
Through community engagement, education, advocacy, and partnerships, the initiative creates spaces for learning, dialogue, healing, and collective action. Our goal is to empower individuals and communities with the knowledge, resources, and support needed to advance racial justice and long-term social change.
Monthly Legal Education & Mental Health Support Program
As part of this initiative, we offer a Monthly Legal Education and Mental Health Support Program designed to help Black individuals, families, and communities better understand their rights while supporting emotional well-being.
The program recognizes that experiences of anti-Black racism can affect many areas of life, including access to justice, housing, employment, immigration, and mental health. Through culturally responsive and community-based sessions, participants gain practical knowledge, access to support, and opportunities for healing and empowerment.
