The Confronting Anti-Black Racism Initiative addresses systemic racism affecting Black communities by promoting education, awareness, and meaningful action. It focuses on identifying and challenging the policies, practices, and social conditions that perpetuate inequities, while centring the lived experiences and voices of Black individuals and families.
Through community-driven engagement and evidence-based approaches, the initiative creates spaces for learning, dialogue, and collective problem-solving. By fostering understanding and collaboration, it empowers individuals, organizations, and institutions to take responsibility for advancing racial justice and long-term social transformation.
