The EmpowerHER Women’s Initiative supports the leadership, well-being, and economic empowerment of Black women. It is designed to address the unique social, economic, and systemic barriers that Black women face by providing culturally responsive programming that uplifts confidence, resilience, and self-determination.

Through skill-building, mentorship, and community connection, EmpowerHER creates supportive environments where women can grow personally and professionally. The initiative emphasizes holistic empowerment, strengthening financial independence, leadership capacity, and mental wellness, while fostering strong networks that encourage collaboration and shared success.
